Our client, a leading international company with operations across more than 20 European countries, is looking for a Functional Analyst to join its growing IT organization.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the modernization of business-critical applications while collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, architects and international teams.
Your Role
As a Functional Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that business requirements are transformed into efficient, scalable and future-proof solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and analysing business requirements with key stakeholders.
- Translating business needs into clear functional specifications and documentation.
- Supporting the modernization of existing business applications.
- Acting as the functional interface between business users and development teams.
- Contributing to solution design together with technical teams.
- Supporting testing activities and validating functional requirements.
- Working closely with Product Owners, Domain Leads and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Helping improve existing processes and identifying opportunities for innovation, including the use of AI tools to accelerate documentation and analysis.
Your Profile
- Experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Experience gathering requirements and writing functional documentation.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments.
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), Logistics, Supply Chain or Parts & Accessories is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Curious, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Fluent in English.
