Your mission:
- Organize meeting with all stakeholders
- Follow the quality of operations, support the change management in the operations, drive improvement plans
- Follow the technical implementation, including the testing phase and take all needed actions to ensure the delivery on time, on budget and on quality
What you bring:
- Min. of 10 years of significative experience
- Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science
- Proven experience in IT Program Management in the TelCo environment
- Proven experience in management RFP/RFQ
- Technical expertise ;

- Native French or Dutch + Fluent in English
