Senior Accountant (Growth To Finance Manager), Ghent

We’re looking for an ambitious, fast-moving finance professional to join a growing international group in Destelbergen. You’ll start from a strong accounting foundation, but the role is designed to evolve into a broad finance position with genuine ownership and influence.

- Business Controlling & Management Reporting
- AI, automation & finance optimisation
- ERP & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central optimisation
- Investment analysis
- Tax audits & international finance
- Process improvement & digitalisation
- Finance-related HR projects
- Finance across Belgium, France, Germany & Spain

The role is deliberately broad and versátil. There is no rigid career path, the company wants to understand where your strengths and ambitions lie and give you the opportunity to build the role around them.

You’ll work closely with the CFO and have exposure to the wider business, meaning you can develop far beyond accounting and become a key figure in the company's future finance function.

What We're Looking For:

- Relevant accounting/finance experience
- Strong A-Z accounting knowledge
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
- Fluent Dutch
- Good English is highly advantageous; French is a plus
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Ambitious, proactive and hands-on
- Someone who sees an opportunity and thinks, "I'll take ownership of that."
- Most importantly, someone who wants to grow beyond accounting
