We are seeking an experienced Senior Real World Evidence (RWE) Expert to play a pivotal role in shaping evidence-generation strategies for an innovative immunology portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a scientifically driven professional who thrives at the intersection of epidemiology, data science, and strategic evidence generation.

As a Senior RWE Expert, you will lead complex global RWE studies, influence critical business and regulatory decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to generate impactful evidence that improves patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, execution, and delivery of complex global Real World Evidence studies using diverse data sources and methodologies.
- Develop study concepts, research protocols, statistical analysis plans, and ensure governance and quality compliance.
- Deliver epidemiology, natural history, burden of disease, safety outcomes, comparative effectiveness, and regulatory-focused studies.
- Partner with statisticians, epidemiologists, RWE analysts, medical experts, and external vendors to deliver scientifically robust evidence.
- Interpret study findings and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders, including scientific and strategic audiences.
- Collaborate with Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), HTA, Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development, and Market Access teams to address evidence needs.
- Contribute to asset-level RWE strategy and identify innovative approaches to evidence generation, data utilisation,



and study design.
- Champion methodological excellence and support continuous improvement across the RWE function.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

- Master's degree, PhD, MD, or equivalent advanced qualification in Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, Health Outcomes Research, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific discipline.
- Extensive experience in Real World Evidence, Pharmacoepidemiology, HEOR, or related pharmaceutical research environments.
- Strong understanding of observational study methodologies and secondary healthcare data sources.
- Experience leading end-to-end RWE studies within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consulting, or CRO sectors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific findings into actionable insights.

- Immunology therapeutic area experience.
- Regulatory and payer evidence generation expertise.
- Publications and scientific presentation experience.
- Experience working with global teams and external research partners.
