As an ICT Infrastructure Architect, you will join an experienced architecture and infrastructure team. You will translate business objectives and digital roadmaps into a clear technology vision, standards and practical architectural solutions.
You will work across multiple domains, acting as the bridge between business, enterprise architecture, infrastructure teams, projects and external suppliers.
? Your Responsibilities
? Architecture & Technology Standards
- Ensure technology standards remain up to date, future-proof and aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate collaboration between different stakeholders and turn complex topics into clear decisions.
- Prepare decision documents for architecture and governance boards.
- Keep ICT stakeholders informed through clear documentation and communication.
? From Strategy to Concrete Solutions
- Translate architecture principles and standards into practical guidelines for projects.
- Contribute to reference architectures and technical input for procurement and supplier selection.
- Support the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and external partners.
? Architecture in Projects
- Act as an Infrastructure Architect within strategic IT projects.
- Translate project requirements into a concrete Technology Architecture.
- Ensure the application of standards, architecture principles and technical criteria.
- Work closely with project teams, technical experts and external suppliers.
? Long-Term Technology Vision
- Look beyond today's projects and help shape the infrastructure vision of tomorrow.
- Analyse digital roadmaps, business challenges, risks and infrastructure needs.
- Translate these insights into new initiatives and potential projects.
- Monitor roadmap progress and ensure the right decisions are made at the right time.
? Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced ICT Infrastructure Architect who combines strong technical knowledge with a strategic and collaborative mindset.
Experience & Education
- ? Master's degree in a technical field such as ICT, Engineering, or equivalent through relevant experience.
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
- At least 3 years of experience across 2 or more technology domains, such as:
- On-premise infrastructure
- Connectivity & networking
- Cloud environments
- Development platforms
- Telecom
- IoT / OT
- Cybersecurity
- At least 2 years of experience in a role involving facilitation, collaboration and stakeholder management.
? Languages
- Dutch is important for this role: you have a good working knowledge of Dutch and can understand and communicate effectively in Dutch.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of another national language is a plus.
