As the organisation continues to grow and professionalise, Finance is evolving with it. That creates an exciting opportunity for a Treasury & Credit Collection Analyst who wants to combine solid treasury expertise with a broader role, more ownership and direct exposure to the CFO.

Perhaps you’re currently working as an Assistant Treasurer, Treasury Analyst, Credit Controller or Finance professional within a larger corporate environment and feel ready for a setting where you can see and influence more of the full picture.

Because cash may be king… but knowing exactly where it is, where it’s going and when it’s coming back certainly helps. ?

? Your Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for managing and further professionalising the group's liquidity, treasury and credit collection activities.

This is not a role where everything has already been designed, documented and neatly put into a process flow.

You’ll join an entrepreneurial environment where you can take ownership, improve processes and help build the treasury organisation for the next phase of growth.

? Your Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the liquidity position across the group companies
- Prepare and follow up cash forecasts and liquidity reporting
- Execute and monitor bank transactions, payments and treasury activities
- Contribute to the implementation and further development of a group cash pooling system
- Follow up group financing and maintain relationships with banking partners
- Coordinate credit collection together with the local Finance teams
- Monitor outstanding receivables, customer payment behaviour and potential credit risks
- Maintain professional contacts with customers, banks and internal stakeholders
- Identify risks, deviations and opportunities and translate them into concrete actions




- Proactively suggest improvements to cash flow, credit management and financial processes

Or, put differently: you won't just report on cash. You'll help make sure it keeps moving in the right direction. ?

? Who Are We Looking For?

You combine a strong analytical mindset with the ability to get things done.

Ideally, you bring:

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management or equivalent experience
- Experience or a strong foundation in Treasury, Cash Management and/or Credit Collection
- Good understanding of cash flow management, liquidity planning, banking transactions and financial risks
- The ability to analyse financial data and translate it into clear insights and actions
- A hands-on and accurate way of working
- Enough assertiveness to follow up when needed — because unfortunately, invoices don't chase themselves ?
- Strong communication skills towards Finance colleagues, customers, banks and other stakeholders
- Fluency in Dutch and English

Knowledge of tools such as Business Central is an additional asset.
