FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - BRUGES - UP TO €5,500 GROSS + COMPANY CAR
I’m currently recruiting for a Financial Controller opportunity in Bruges with a growing international organisation.
This is much more than a traditional reporting role. You’ll have real ownership, visibility and influence, working closely with senior management and helping shape the future of the Finance function.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Analyse P&L;, margins, profitability and working capital
- Build management reporting and turn numbers into actionable insights
- Partner with Operations, Sales and senior management
- Identify financial risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Support investment decisions and business cases
- Improve financial processes, controls and reporting
- Drive automation, digitalisation and ERP improvements
- Take ownership of projects beyond traditional controlling
