The adecuado candidate does not need to be an expert in every technical tool.

What matters most is a strong analytical mindset, curiosity, autonomy and the ability to learn quickly.

Data Quality & Reporting Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to improve the quality, reliability and usability of the organisation's data.

You will:

- Analyse existing data and identify quality issues and inconsistencies

The role goes beyond simply producing reports: you will be expected to understand why data issues occur and how they can be sustainably resolved.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into meaningful data solutions.

This includes:

- Interviewing stakeholders across different departments

As a second area of responsibility, you will contribute to a planned data retention and GDPR compliance project.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Helping define rules around data usage and retention
- Supporting the implementation and communication of these rules
- Identifying data-cleaning requirements
- Assessing compliance-related risks and improvement opportunities
- Supporting the development of compliance monitoring and dashboards

AI & Future Data Initiatives

The organisation is also exploring opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence.

You will contribute to these initiatives by helping ensure that data is sufficiently structured, reliable and accessible for future analytical and AI use cases.

AI expertise is considered a plus, but is not mandatory.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with approximately 3–4 years of experience, although strong junior profiles and recent graduates with the right mindset will also be considered.

More important than years of experience are your learning ability,

adaptability and potential to grow with the role.

You have:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A structured and critical approach to information
- The ability to connect information from different sources
- A proactive and autonomous working style
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A genuine interest in data and continuous improvement
- The ability to take ownership and move topics forward independently

Technical Skills

Experience with the following would be an advantage:

- Power BI – particularly dashboarding and reporting
- SQL – a plus, but not essential initially
- Python – a plus
- Data quality, data governance or GDPR-related experience is also advantageous

Technical skills can be developed internally. The ability and willingness to learn are more important than mastering a specific tool from day one.

Languages

- Dutch is required + English
- Fr is a +

Personal Skills

You are:

- Dynamic and proactive
- Curious and eager to learn
- Adaptable and comfortable with change
- Analytical and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Able to challenge existing processes constructively
- Comfortable taking ownership of new and evolving topics

- Hybrid working model
- Internal training and opportunities to develop your technical and language skills
- The opportunity to grow into a long-term position
