Ready for a new challenge?

Our clients are the leading brands in Europe, and they’re looking for a variety of ICT digital talent for their teams.

About our role:

Our client is investing heavily in transformation initiatives designed to improve how teams prioritise work, allocate resources and deliver strategic outcomes. As organisations continue to navigate increasing levels of complexity, portfolio management has become a critical discipline for ensuring business priorities are translated into successful delivery programmes.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, influencing decisions and helping organisations focus on what creates the greatest value. Rather than simply managing projects, you will help shape how investment decisions are made, how priorities are balanced and how delivery performance is measured across a broad portfolio of initiatives.

Our client is looking for a strategic, organised and collaborative professional to join their team as a Portfolio Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing portfolio governance, managing priorities, improving visibility across initiatives and supporting decision-making processes that drive successful business outcomes.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, transformation teams, delivery leads and leadership teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with organisational objectives and available capacity. Your work will have a direct impact on portfolio performance, resource optimisation and the successful execution of transformation programmes. If you are excited about creating clarity, enabling better decisions and helping teams achieve meaningful results, we encourage you to apply.

What you will be doing:

- Develop and continuously improve portfolio management practices and governance frameworks.
- Create visibility across initiatives, helping stakeholders understand priorities, dependencies and delivery progress.
- Support capacity planning activities to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Facilitate prioritisation discussions and contribute to informed investment decisions.
- Monitor portfolio health and provide actionable insights to support strategic objectives.
- Identify potential delivery risks, resource constraints and cross-functional dependencies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals and organisational priorities.
- Produce clear portfolio reporting and performance updates for leadership teams.
- Recommend improvements that increase efficiency, transparency and accountability across the portfolio.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of portfolio management practices and ways of working.

What you bring:

- Ambition to further develop your career in portfolio management, transformation and strategic planning.
- Proven experience in a Portfolio Manager, PMO Lead, Portfolio Consultant or similar role.
- Experience working in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, prioritisation, planning and resource management.
- Experience using portfolio management, reporting or planning tools.
- Ability to analyse information and translate it into practical recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in evolving environments where priorities may change over time.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decisions through collaboration and expertise.
- Strong communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered an asset.
- We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and value diverse experiences, perspectives and ways of thinking.

The offer:

- Long-term contractor collaboration.
- Digital recruitment process and streamlined onboarding.
- Opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborative working environment with experienced professionals.
- Modern and versátil ways of working.
- Hybrid working arrangements depending on business needs.
- Opportunity to broaden your expertise and make a meaningful impact.
