Shape the future of evidence generation in Immunology and Rare Disease

Are you passionate about using real-world data to answer critical scientific, regulatory, and healthcare questions? We are seeking an experienced Senior Real-World Evidence (RWE) Expert to lead the design and delivery of global evidence-generation programmes that directly influence strategy, regulatory engagement, payer discussions, and patient outcomes within Immunology and Rare Disease.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in advancing the understanding of complex diseases through innovative real-world evidence studies, working alongside world-class scientific, clinical, epidemiology, safety, and health economics teams.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading end-to-end delivery of complex global RWE studies across multiple therapeutic indications.
- Designing and executing studies focused on epidemiology, natural history, burden of disease, comparative effectiveness, safety outcomes, and regulatory evidence requirements.
- Developing study protocols, shaping statistical analysis plans, and ensuring the highest levels of scientific quality and governance.
- Partnering with biostatisticians, epidemiologists, clinicians, HEOR/HTA specialists, safety teams, and external research partners to generate impactful evidence.
- Supporting global regulatory and payer interactions through robust evidence generation strategies.
- Translating complex findings into clear insights that influence scientific, clinical, and business decision-making.
- Evaluating innovative data sources, methodologies,



and analytical approaches to strengthen evidence generation capabilities.
- Contributing to asset-level RWE strategy and helping define future evidence needs across the product lifecycle.
- Acting as a scientific leader and trusted partner across cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for:

- Strong experience leading real-world evidence studies within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sector.
- Deep understanding of observational research methodologies, epidemiology, and healthcare data sources.
- Experience working with integral regulatory and payer evidence requirements.
- Ability to independently lead study design, protocol development, vendor oversight, execution, and interpretation of results.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for advancing evidence generation within Immunology, Rare Disease, or other complex therapeutic areas.
