Key Responsibilities

- Analyze issues, change requests and business needs related to Cards products and services, and propose improvements.
- Evaluate different solution options together with squad members and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Define business requirements, acceptance criteria, business scope, target operating model and business/IT interfaces.
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and translated into IT solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management on complex Cards-related topics and facilitate alignment between business and technical teams.
- Follow up the implementation of changes and coordinate/support Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations and requirements.
- Contribute to an Agile and collaborative squad environment and support continuous improvement of Cards products and services.

Experience Required

- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in a Cards environment.




- Proven business expertise in Cards products, processes and related services.
- Strong knowledge of the Cards industry, particularly the Belgian market, including players, trends and ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their link with IT.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in a Cards environment.
- Good understanding of Cards-related technology and architecture.
- Experience defining business requirements and acceptance criteria and following changes through to Business Acceptance Testing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with business stakeholders and senior management.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and critical-thinking skills, combined with a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach.
- English: strong written and spoken communication skills is mandatory.
- Dutch and French are advantageous for stakeholder communication.
- Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
