The role

We are hiring two Senior Product Consultants for ambiguous, high-impact challenges in complex B2B environments. You will turn evidence into clear choices and help teams move from opportunity to a tested, buildable direction.

This is not a backlog-administration or slide-only advisory role. You will research, prototype, test, facilitate decisions and stay close to delivery. You may bring depth in product strategy and discovery, service and systems design, or both.

Where you may bring depth





Product strategy and discovery: identify users, buyers and problems worth solving; test value propositions and product hypotheses; connect customer evidence to commercial validation, focused scope and a practical roadmap.

Service and systems design: map journeys, workflows, hand-offs and dependencies; design how people, processes and technology work together; translate service concepts into functional product structures, prototypes and operational patterns.

Across both: help shape AI-enabled workflows with appropriate human control, permissions, traceability, escalation and exception handling.

What you will do

- Lead research with users, buyers, specialists and senior stakeholders, then turn the evidence into clear product choices.
- Make complex opportunities tangible through prototypes, service blueprints and decision artefacts.
- Work with product, design, engineering, commercial teams and domain experts to translate direction into priorities, acceptance criteria and a validation plan.
- Surface assumptions, evidence gaps and trade-offs so teams can decide with confidence.
- Transfer methods and knowledge into the teams you support, rather than leaving only recommendations behind.
- Contribute what you learn to dualoop’s product community and playbooks.

What you bring

- A track record of shaping and launching complex B2B software, services or workflow products. --> 4 to 6 years as a minimum




- A meaningful experience in a consulting firm (MBB) is a strong asset
- Deep capability in either product strategy and discovery or service and systems design, with enough breadth to collaborate across both.
- Evidence that customer insight changed a product decision, scope or outcome—not only polished presentations.
- Strong research, synthesis, prototyping, facilitation and communication across senior, technical and specialist audiences.
- The judgment and initiative to create clarity without waiting for perfect information.
- Professional fluency in Dutch or French (and English obviously...).
- Based on Belgium, frequent short travels in EU to expect
- Experience with AI-enabled products, professional or regulated workflows, commercial validation, functional product architecture or organisational service design is valuable. We do not expect one person to match every speciality.
