We’re looking for an experienced Development Expert to join an international company specialising in aluminium building systems.

Your role

- Develop and improve sliding and folding systems from concept through to launch.
- Manage project planning, quality, cost and risks.
- Solve technical challenges through prototyping and hands-on testing.
- Work closely with suppliers, engineers and internal teams.
- Ensure products meet technical standards and quality requirements.
- Contribute to new product ideas and continuous improvement.

About you

- 5+ years’ technical/engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Development, Architecture or a related field.
- Experience with sliding/folding systems,



aluminium systems or the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of product design and manufacturing.
- Experience with AutoCAD 2D, Inventor and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent English; Dutch or French is a plus.
