In this role you will accelerate the transition from legacy data and reporting to Astra Zeneca's strategic data platform. You will translate business priorities into scalable data products and support the Data Platform and transformation roadmap while ensuring continuity of critical services.

You will work across business, technology, analytics, and projects to deliver trusted, reusable data products that enable reporting, analytics, AI, and future digital capabilities. This is a chance to shape data-driven transformation at scale, balancing delivery with operational stability.

- Enable delivery of data products and platform capabilities supporting the transition from legacy solutions
- Prioritize and execute transformation initiatives aligned to Xcelerate and business objectives
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across legacy and future-state solutions
- Support adoption of new capabilities while ensuring continuity of critical services
- Define and manage data product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans
- Translate business requirements into clear product outcomes and implementation priorities
- Ensure data products deliver measurable business value through testing, documentation, and governance
- Balance immediate needs with long-term platform strategy
- Interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Shape demand into use cases for prioritisation and product requirements
- Facilitate decision-making by communicating impacts, dependencies, and delivery options
- Partner with functional, portfolio, and analytics teams to align investments with outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture to deliver scalable, trusted data products
- Support platform modernisation,



migration, integration, and data transformation
- Enable capabilities including advanced analytics, AI, unstructured data, and data marketplace services
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and data management standards
- Ensure reliable operation of data products and supporting services
- Drive continuous improvement and service optimisation
- Promote data product governance, data quality, and stewardship
- Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption activities
- Influence cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Support vendor, budget, and delivery governance and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree with significant experience in data product management, product ownership, digital product leadership, data management, or related roles
- Proven ability to define strategy and deliver data or digital products that create measurable business value
- Strong experience in cross-functional, agile, and fast-paced environments
- Ability to translate business priorities into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and delivery plans
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex, matrixed organisations
- Solid understanding of data engineering and management concepts (ETL/ELT, data modelling, data platforms, governance, metadata, BI)
- Experience balancing business needs, technical feasibility, operational stability, and value delivery in prioritisation
- Strong communication skills to simplify complexity and drive execution
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, directly or through influence
- Experience applying FAIR data principles to enterprise data product design and delivery
