In this role you drive transformation of Partner Support Operations at Glovo, turning complex problems into scalable solutions. You will connect Commercial and MX teams to align processes with business needs while improving partner experience and key metrics.
You’ll lead end-to-end optimization projects across markets, bringing structure to a multi-stakeholder environment. This is a growth-focused position that combines data-driven problem solving with program execution to boost efficiency and partner satisfaction.

- Lead end-to-end optimization projects from hypothesis to rollout and impact tracking

- Develop and optimize Partner u0026 Agent Experience processes across Help Center and Partner Support flows
- Collaborate with Commercial to ensure support processes meet partner needs while scaling

Responsabilidades
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to query data and translate insights into improvements
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to structure complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
- Proven project management experience from problem identification to results tracking
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing initiatives and manage trade-offs
- Problem-solving skills for designing scalable, compliant solutions
- 2-4 years of experience in PM, consulting, operations or similar roles
- AI mindset with use of AI to boost productivity and efficiency
- Ownership and adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Bachelor in Engineering, Business or related field
- Fluent in English
