As Associate Director, General Medical Training, you shape capability and learning across Global Medical teams to elevate scientific exchange and readiness. You will own the capability strategy for assigned therapeutic areas, collaborating with leaders across Medical Affairs and GMTFC to deliver measurable impact.

You will blend AI-enabled tools and evidence-based learning to support the flow of work, driving performance and value for patients. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a global, matrixed environment.

- Own capability strategy and learning roadmap for assigned therapeutic areas, align with DAG priorities
- Lead design and delivery of high-impact scientific learning for global, regional, and local teams
- Drive end-to-end execution including timelines, quality, compliance, budgets, and external partners
- Lead cross-functional capability initiatives and connect Medical, Clinical, Field Medical, Commercial, Digital, Content, and partners
- Provide strategic recommendations on capability priorities, learning investments, and performance improvement
- Measure impact beyond attendance (confidence, behavior change, customer value) using data and stakeholder input
- Build and manage a clear library of learning assets and ensure content is current and accessible
- Develop curricula to master disease state, patient journey,



and real-world evidence for scientific communication
- Innovate learning experiences using adult learning principles and AI-enabled tools
- Collaborate with external providers and internal creators to produce compliant, robust learning solutions
- Contribute to enterprise capability initiatives, including responsible AI adoption in learning
- Communicate clearly to drive adoption and pull-through of learning resources

Responsabilidades

- MD, PhD, PharmD, MSc, or BA/BS in a scientific discipline with relevant experience
- 8+ years in Medical Affairs, scientific training, Lu0026D, or related biopharma function with cross-functional leadership
- Experience in a global matrixed organization and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience managing external partners, resources, and budgets
- Understanding of clinical research, Medical Affairs, market access, and outcomes research
- Knowledge of healthcare professionals’ scientific and capability needs
- Proven ability to design engaging learning solutions using adult learning, reinforcement, and evaluation for measurable impact
- Proficiency with approved AI-enabled tools, digital learning platforms, authoring tools, and learning analytics
- Willingness to travel as needed (e.g., pre-congress training)
