Are you a Python Engineer looking to work on high-availability software solutions in a challenging, technology-driven environment?

At Qaracter , we're looking for a highly adaptable Python Engineer who is comfortable working across multiple technologies and wants to contribute to the design, development, automation, and continuous improvement of complex software solutions.

You'll join a technical environment where Python, Cloud, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability play a key role in delivering reliable and high-quality software.

What You'll Do

- Design and develop high-availability software solutions using Python
- Work across multiple technologies and adapt quickly to changing technical requirements
- Define and promote development, automated testing, and deployment best practices
- Optimize and improve software development processes and engineering efficiency
- Implement monitoring, metrics, and timely alerts to ensure system reliability
- Ensure high levels of software quality across both new development and maintenance
- Implement and maintain software quality controls
- Develop automated testing strategies and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
- Work with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Advanced Python 3
- Medium knowledge of C/C++
- Strong experience with Linux
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
- Unit testing / UnitTest
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong knowledge of AWS
- Experience with Redis




- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Knowledge of monitoring platforms, particularly Grafana

Education

- Degree in Computer Engineering , Computer Science, or a related technical field

Languages

- High level of English – required for collaboration in an international environment

- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps methodologies
