Experteer Overview
In this role you own and advance the Iberia digital solutions strategy, aligning it with business goals to drive adoption, growth, and value. You will ensure seamless integration with clinical systems and maintain regulatory and data governance compliance. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts across Product, IT, Marketing, and Quality to deliver impactful digital experiences for Spain and Portugal. • Define and execute digital product, service, and marketing strategy across all therapeutic areas
• Manage lifecycle of the digital solutions portfolio from launch to retirement
• Lead technical and operational implementation with clinical systems, EHRs, and third-party platforms
• Develop and execute digital product roadmaps and identify new services and business models
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to find growth opportunities and define actions
• Deliver training and ongoing support to internal teams and customers




• Provide first-line user support and coordinate escalation with specialized teams
• Build relationships with key customers, KOLs, and commercial teams as the digital solutions SME
• Track performance, adoption, and user satisfaction to improve outcomes

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years in Product Management or Digital Solutions within healthcare
• Fluent Spanish and professional English
• Strong communication with clinical and technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and strong organizational/incident management skills
• Experience with healthcare data integration and interoperability (SQL, data modeling, ETL, EHRs)
• Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7/FHIR)
• Understanding of data privacy and GDPR compliance
