Job Title: Robotics Business Development & Project Manager (Spain)

Location: Spain, Remote, Open to travel

About this role

We are looking for a BD & Project professional to help grow our business in Spain while supporting customer projects and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage distributor and reseller partnerships.
- Identify and engage strategic customers across manufacturing, logistics, retail, hospitality, and facility management.
- Support exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing activities.
- Assist with customer pilots, deployments, and proof-of-concepts.
- Coordinate technical discussions between customers and AgiBot teams.
- Identify new use cases and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with Spanish/German as a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Concise, structured, and commercially minded.
- Business development, sales,



consulting, or project management experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel within Spain and Europe.
