Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive data architecture and analytics by building high-quality data pipelines and data products for analytics and data science teams. You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile analytics team to enable data-driven decision making and deliver insights that advance business goals. You will mentor peers, promote scalable data practices, and evaluate new tools to boost team productivity. The position offers the chance to contribute to ML and data science initiatives while shaping enterprise data infrastructure in a general food and agriculture context.

Responsabilidades
• Postgraduate degree in STEM field with 3–5 years of experience as Sr/Lead Data Engineer
• Expertise in SQL and data analysis; proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Scala)
• Experience building and maintaining data lakes or lake-house platforms
• Experience with cloud data analytics, streaming and CDC pipelines
• Strong data lake/data warehouse development experience using cloud MPP engines (BigQuery preferred) and diverse database technologies
• Knowledge of data and analytics concepts: dimensional modeling, ETL, governance, warehousing, structured/unstructured data
• GCP data tools experience (BigQuery, DataStream, DataProc, DataPlex, DataForm)
• Familiarity with Linux; Agile mindset; strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with problem-solving and learning ability
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project directions
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
