About the role

This is a part/full-time, on-site, job position at ApartEasy.

ApartEasy is a Barcelona-based vacation rental management company. We're looking for a proactive, organized, and guest-focused person to join our team as a Guest Relations Specialist, ensuring our guests have a smooth, memorable stay while keeping our properties running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

- Manage guest reservations across booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
- Provide guest support before, during, and after their stay (via chat, email, and phone).
- Coordinate check-in and check-out processes, including remote/self check-in tools.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and oversee cleaning and maintenance teams between stays.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, incidents, and property status.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve guest satisfaction and review scores.

Requirements





- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools/software (PMS, channel managers, messaging apps)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work 1 in every 3 weekends (typical in hospitality)
- Valid work permit in Spain.

Nice to have

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
- A third language (French, German, Italian,..)
