ABOUT SHARPLAUNCH SharpLaunch is a commercial real estate technology company helping brokerage firms and property owners modernize how they market properties and manage their digital presence.
You will serve as the primary point of contact during implementation and be responsible for moving customers from signed contract to successful launch as quickly and smoothly as possible.
You will coordinate across customers and internal teams, keep projects moving, identify risks before they become problems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Success in this role means customers feel that their implementation is organized, responsive, and under control from the moment they sign through launch.
Lead customer kickoff and implementation meetings and proactively drive projects forward between meetings.
Coordinate data migration, account configuration, content setup, integrations, training,



and other implementation requirements.
Provide customers with training and guidance so they can begin using SharpLaunch successfully.
3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, project management, or a similar client-facing role.
~ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities at once.
~ Comfortable working with software platforms, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating across teams.
