Experteer Overview
In this role you will support Glovo’s Commercial team by aligning the Spanish market with the General HQ. You will help scale the business through practical legal solutions, drafting and negotiating key agreements and updating commercial terms. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that shape company-wide policies, including Tu0026amp;Cs for B2B/B2C and cross-border matters. This is a high-autonomy position at a fast-growing tech company with a strong emphasis on business-minded legal support.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement, suppliers)
• Draft and update Terms u0026 Conditions for B2B and B2C models
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives (e.g., Tu0026Cs overhaul)




• Handle cross-border Spain-HQ agreements and related regulatory issues
• Identify process improvements and lead implementation of new legal frameworks
• Provide pragmatic, risk-balanced legal advice aligned with commercial objectives

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Law
• 4–6 years post-qualification experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Experience in top-tier law firm and in-house legal department in fast-paced or tech environment
• Proven drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Exposure to digital platforms, e-commerce, or tech sectors
• Strong foundation in commercial and corporate law
• Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives across functions
