Our ambition for the coming years is to accelerate international growth and strengthen the position of our brands, particularly Ufesa , as a leading name in the small domestic appliance sector.

We are looking for a Europe Online Senior Manager to lead our online expansion strategy across Europe, identifying new growth opportunities and developing market-specific commercial approaches that maximize brand visibility, customer reach, and sales performance.

To define and execute the online growth strategy for BB Trends brands across Europe, with a strong focus on entering new markets and leveraging the most relevant digital sales channels in each country.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential European markets, adapting our commercial approach to local online ecosystems, and ensuring that our brands, reach the largest possible audience through the most effective marketplaces, retailers, and digital platforms available in each market.

Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Business Development
Define and implement the European online expansion strategy.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new European markets with strong growth potential.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities in each country.
Develop market entry and growth plans tailored to local dynamics.




Establish and manage strategic relationships with marketplaces, retailers, distributors, and local partners.
Continuously assess new opportunities to expand brand presence and market share across Europe.

Online Channel Management
Lead the online strategy across multiple European countries.
Adapt the commercial and distribution approach to the most relevant digital sales channels within each market to maximize customer reach and brand exposure.
Oversee marketplace operations and performance, including platforms such as Amazon, Allegro, Fnac, eMAG, and other key regional players.
Ensure a consistent brand experience and execution across all online touchpoints.

Revenue Growth & Profitability
Define sales, growth, and profitability targets by country and sales channel.
Manage budgets and ensure the achievement of financial objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify opportunities for category expansion, new product launches, and channel development.

Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Management, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of business plans.
Lead and develop local or regional teams where applicable.




Drive strategic projects related to digital transformation and international growth.

Strategic Objectives
Position BB Trends brands, among the leading small domestic appliance brands in priority European markets.
Accelerate the successful launch and development of new online markets across Europe.
Increase market share, brand visibility, and customer acquisition through digital channels.
Maximize consumer reach by adapting the sales strategy to the leading online platforms and purchasing behaviors of each country.
Deliver sustainable and profitable growth across the European online business.

Candidate Profile
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, digital sales, or international business development roles.
Proven track record in expanding businesses across European markets.
Strong knowledge of the European digital commerce ecosystem and major online marketplaces.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and commercial skills.
Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Fluent English required; additional European languages are considered a strong asset.
Ideally located in Barcelona, Spain, or open to relocation, with the flexibility to travel frequently across European markets.
