BESIDE provides specialized recruitment services for engineering profiles and connects talent with innovative client companies across R&D;, automotive, pharma, machinery design, and product development. The client is an industrial engineering company specializing in the design and manufacturing of process equipment and pressure vessels for the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries.

Задачи

- Organize and moderate project kick-off meetings with all departments and prepare internal meeting minutes
- Understand and identify the scope of each assigned project to avoid exceeding the contract
- Identify, communicate, and defend project extra costs to the client
- Interpret project specifications and client standards to prevent design errors and excessive documentation revisions
- Defend the company’s position in client claims to minimize costs
- Collaborate with other departments in the overall interests of the company
- Prepare mechanical calculations, define equipment thicknesses, and calculate external, foundation, and thermal loads
- Identify and create lessons learned at the end of projects
- Collaborate with the technical office to provide documentation for general and detailed equipment drawings
- Supervise drawings produced by the technical office during development and upon completion
- Attend clients’ technical visits
- Conduct occasional technical visits to clients with short stays




- Lead each project phase internally and with the client

Требования

- Technical or higher degree in mechanical industrial engineering
- Very good English for fluent oral and written client communications
- At least five years of experience managing pressure equipment projects, including reactors, heat exchangers, vessels, columns, and API tanks, for the chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, food, and oil & gas industries
- Extensive knowledge of industrial boiler-making, including mechanical design and comprehensive project management
- Experience with static equipment calculations using EN 13445, ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1 and Div. 2, AD-Merkblatter, API 620, API 650, and EN591-1 design codes
- Knowledge of Directive 2014/68/EU
- Experience with finite element analysis and cyclic pressure and temperature calculations
- Experience with Bentley AutoPIPE Vessel, Nozzle Pro, DraftSight, MS Office, Autodesk, and Inventor
- Motivated, adaptable, responsible, and able to find agile solutions to problems and challenges
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions and manage time and resources effectively
- Nice to have: French, German
