As a Genesis OR Consultant, you help hospitals launch and optimize robotic surgery programs, focusing on standardizing workflows, improving OR efficiency, and enabling cost containment. You work closely with hospital leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored consulting and training that drive measurable outcomes. You will operate across on-site and remote settings, shaping best-in-class practices for da Vinci Surgery. This role offers impact at scale in a mission-driven company advancing minimally invasive care.

• Develop deep expertise in Intuitive technologies, instruments, and accessories handling
• Independently manage territory with consulting engagements and admin duties
• Design and lead Genesis OR consulting and educational initiatives for selected customers
• Lead long-term, multi-stakeholder engagements with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams
• Deliver high-impact consulting services to improve workflow, OR efficiency, staff training, and cost containment
• Collaborate across functions (Sales, Services, Marketing, Training) to align customer strategy and execution
• Analyze usage and performance data to tailor engagements and demonstrate value




• Support internal and customer-facing Genesis events and participate in new product launches
• Capture and report customer feedback to drive continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree preferred; equivalent clinical, medical, or healthcare experience considered
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare or hospital management experience, ideally in B2B sales or hospital leadership
• Experience with Operating Room departments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to present to diverse audiences
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments; versátil with travel and extended hours
• Business acumen to operate with healthcare stakeholders; clear cross-organizational communication
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management training is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management experience and leading complex initiatives
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan; willingness to travel up to 70%
• Minimum 24 months in role before internal mobility
