and objectives.* Liaison with internal and external teams.* Identification and proactive management of risks.* Follow-up of action plans and resolution of issues.* Data analysis and preparation of reports.* Development and continuous improvement of purchasing processes and procedures.* Participation in building and developing the structure of the department.* Management of systems, databases, and tracking tools.Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, with solid experience in supplier negotiation and commercial relationship management, and at least 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing related companies (oem's, tier1 or tier2) * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, or equivalent.* B2+ level of English or higher. xkdbapo * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
