Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and deliver production-grade AI systems on Microsoft Azure, enabling engineering teams to adopt AI-native software practices. You will work hands-on across IaC, CI/CD, observability, and operation at scale, focusing on GenAI, RAG, and agent-based workflows. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and client teams to drive enterprise AI transformation, balancing speed with production discipline. A meaningful hook is shaping reusable platform elements and governance for enterprise AI delivery. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Design and build production-grade AI systems on Azure for enterprise use • Implement Azure AI solutions using Foundry, OpenAI, AI Search, Functions, API Management, AKS, Container Apps, Key Vault, Cosmos DB • Develop RAG pipelines, AI assistants, agent workflows, AI gateway components and MCP-based integrations • Create CI/CD pipelines, IaC automation, observability stacks, and deployment frameworks for AI workloads • Develop reusable templates, reference implementations,



and onboarding kits for client teams • Own implementation workstreams such as retrieval, orchestration, AI gateways or Copilot enablement • Mentor engineers, review code, and support AI-assisted engineering adoption decisions • Ensure security, governance, telemetry, cost tracking, and human approval gates in AI delivery pipelines • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and client delivery teams to enable enterprise AI delivery and governance Responsabilidades • senior level experience in cloud-native engineering with a focus on AI platforms • deep experience with GenAI, RAG, agents, GitHub Copilot, AI gateways • hands-on coding, IaC, CI/CD, test automation, observability, and production readiness • experience delivering AI-native workflows and enterprise-scale AI transformations • strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Requisitos principales •
