Site Reliability Engineer - 6 months - Remote / occasional onsite ***
On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for a Site Reliability Engineer to join them on an initial 6 months contract with long-term scope.
The initial contract is to start ASAP and will be remote. In addition to regular working hours the candidate will be required in an after-hours standby support rotation for critical Priority 1 (P1) incidents only. Standby duties will be assigned on a weekly rotational basis among team members.
Specific skills/experience required:
- 5+ years SRE or similar experience.
- Strong SRE / Production Support background
- Monitoring & observability tools: Data Dog, Victor Ops, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus
- Incident management, RCA, and SLA/SLI/SLO adherence
- Automation and scripting experience (Python preferred)
- AWS infrastructure operations and cloud reliability engineering
- Experience working with JIRA and Service Now
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in collaboration with engineering teams
Candidates HAS to be based in Europe and able to travel on-site if required.
