?Some details about your department

We are looking for an analytical profile with experience in financial statement consolidation and accounting closings in SAP environments (SAP Group Reporting). The selected candidate will not have a merely operational role, but will bring critical thinking to challenge data, anticipate and identify inconsistencies, resolve intercompany discrepancies, and propose improvements in the department's processes.

? What we'd like you to do

SAP Information Management: Preparation, review, validation, and upload of consolidation files in the system.
Supervision of Financial Closings (Multi-currency): Control and monitoring of closings provided by different national and international entities for the consolidation process, managing foreign currency diversity and ensuring maximum integrity, consistency, translation, and quality of data.
Intercompany Management: In-depth analysis, monitoring, and reconciliation of intercompany eliminations, identifying issues and proposing solutions before the final closing.
Quality Control and Reconciliations: Validation of data consistency and execution of controls prior to final uploads.
Coordination and Support to Subsidiaries: Direct collaboration with the financial teams of the group's various entities to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with consolidation deadlines and criteria.
Continuous Improvement: Proactive identification of optimization and automation opportunities in the data upload, validation, and control processes.

? What we'd like you to bring

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.




Demonstrable prior experience in consolidating financial statements and performing accounting close processes within corporate groups.
Proficiency in SAP for consolidation (SAP Group Reporting).
Advanced Excel skills (preparation and validation of complex data files).
Experience with business intelligence and automation tools (such as Power BI) will be highly valued.
English: Advanced level, both spoken and written (essential).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: Focus on investigating data, questioning inconsistencies, and contributing solutions, going beyond mere operational execution.
Autonomy and proactivity: Ability to work independently and manage process improvement projects. Communication and teamwork skills: Ability to coordinate with financial managers from different areas and international subsidiaries.
