We are partnering with a fast-growing international Scale-up headquartered in Barcelona, with operations across three continents, to identify a Head of Finance who will play a critical role in the company's next stage of growth.This is not a traditional Finance leadership position.We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded finance leader who is comfortable moving between the numbers, the business and the investment community.The challengeReporting directly to the COO and working closely with the Board of Directors and shareholders, you will take ownership of the Finance function and help build the financial infrastructure required to support the company's international growth.Your scope will include:Leading Finance across multiple countries and legal entitiesDriving budgeting, forecasting, FP&A; and long-term financial planningBuilding high-quality reporting and dashboards for the Board and investorsManaging relationships with Private Equity / Venture Capital funds and institutional investorsDriving cash-flow, working capital and profitability managementSupporting fundraising, M&A;, due diligence and strategic investment processesProfessionalising Finance processes,
