As an In-House SAP Access Consultant (m/f/d), you will establish the fundamental conditions that enable our users worldwide to work securely and effectively in the Phoenix Contact Group’s SAP systems. You will be working in a dynamic and evolving environment that is gradually being transformed into a hybrid SAP system landscape.
KEY TASKS
•Create and manage roles and authorizations in our group-wide SAP systems
•Develop and implement new authorization concepts in preparation for future SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (on-premise and cloud-based)•Take on (partial) project management responsibilities in the areas of SAP Identity and Access
•Development and monitoring of compliance guidelines, as well as providing support during IT audits
•SAP user administration




•Ensure proper and up-to-date documentation following ITSM-requirements
•Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving Access processes and implementing best practices
SKILLSET
•Very good knowledge of authorization management
•Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori authorizations
•Excellent communication and organizational skills across technical and business stakeholders
•Exceptionally accurate and precise way of working
•Change management capabilities
•Ability to act in a constantly and rapidly changing environment•Ability to form and use networks
•High level of decision-making ability
•Proficiency in English
