Company Description Thalanor Dynamics is focused on building the next generation of autonomous counter–unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS). The company combines advanced software engineering, robotics, and artificial intelligence to develop systems that detect, track, and mitigate evolving aerial threats. Team members collaborate closely across disciplines to deliver reliable, real-time autonomous solutions.

Youll work across the stack: the software that runs onboard, the ground station an operator uses to task it, and the layers that connect them.

What youll do

- Help shape the onboard software architechture, an asyncronous ROS2 pipeline.

- Work on the ground station: the operator interface and the services behind it.

- Build the layers around both: vision pipelines,



autonomous guidance, simulations.

- Restructure what exists while the system keeps shipping.

What you need

- Production experience in C++ and Python. One to three years.

- Understanding of distributed, message-passing systems — ROS2 or equivalent.

- Linux, Git.

- EU work authorization.

Useful

Real-time systems, simulation, TensorRT or ONNX, PX4 or Ardu Pilot, embedded GPU deployment, computer vision, robotics.

Conditions

Indefinite full-time contract, on-site in Madrid. €35–45k. Direct ownership of the systems you build.
