Paul's School, Barcelona, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher (I3 / I4) to join our Early Years team on a full-time, permanent basis, starting on 1 September 2026 .
Planning, delivering and assessing a stimulating, play-based curriculum appropriate to the Early Years stage.
Acting as class tutor, monitoring the academic and personal development of each student.
Working closely with teaching assistants and specialist staff to support all learners.
Collaborating effectively within the Early Years team on curriculum planning and school events.
Is passionate about early childhood education and the development of young children.
Native-level English speaker preferred. Alternatively, an excellent command of English (C2 level or equivalent).
A teaching qualification in Early Years or Primary Education,
officially recognised or homologated in Spain — or currently in the process of homologation or recognition.
Previous experience teaching in an Early Years setting will be highly valued.
Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or Additional Learning Needs will be valued.
Knowledge of inclusive education practices and strategies to support diverse learners.
Legal authorisation to work in Spain.
Permanent full-time contract.
Gross annual salary of €39,900, including the tutor role.
