Frey Recruitment is seeking a 1st Mate for a 30m performance sailing yacht to join a high‑level racing program in Palma. You will work closely with the Captain and support the yacht’s operation at sea and ashore, including racing at events and ensuring readiness between regattas.
Idóneo candidates have a strong sailing background and hold Yachtmaster Offshore certification; prior experience on large performance yachts is preferred.
