At Capitole, we are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a long-term international project for a leading client in the automotive sector.
The position has a strong Backend Engineering focus , working mainly with Python and Django , while also contributing to data processing and data-driven services within an Azure-based cloud platform.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django .
Develop and integrate APIs and data-driven backend components.
Work with MongoDB and process data using pandas/NumPy .
Contribute to scalable and maintainable solutions within a cloud-based platform.
Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
5+ years of professional experience in software/backend engineering.
~ Strong professional experience with Python .
~ Solid experience with Django
~ Experience developing backend services and APIs.
~ Experience with MongoDB .
~ Experience processing data using pandas .
~ Experience working with Jira and Confluence .
~ Advanced level of English required.
100% remote from Spain with a permanent contract.
