We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Spain (Madrid or remote within Spain). You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions while leading a team of engineers and driving technical excellence across projects.

High english level is required.

⚙ Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software applications and systems
Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices
Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and other stakeholders to define solutions
Ensure high-quality code via testing, reviews, and best practices adherence
Drive adoption of modern technologies, tools, and processes
Support planning, estimation, and prioritization of development work
Promote innovation, continuous learning, and team collaboration

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
~7+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role




~ Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
~ Solid expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration
~ Hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, Commerce Cloud)
~ Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Copado, and SFDX
~ Knowledge of data analysis, KPI/reporting, data migration, and data quality management
~ Ability to work with SQL/SOQL
~ Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.)
~ Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
~ Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
~ English C1

Salesforce certifications
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
Exposure to multi-cloud architectures
