Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Platform Product Manager to lead the management and evolution of an AWS-based cloud platform. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving platform scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement. The selected candidate will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to define the platform roadmap, optimize performance, and enhance service quality through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the platform roadmap.

• Identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Analyze customer pain points and propose platform improvements.

• Prioritize platform features and capabilities based on business value.

• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Security teams.

• Gather and document requirements through user stories.

• Define acceptance criteria for platform features and enhancements.

• Define and track platform KPIs, including health, scalability, and reliability metrics.

• Monitor platform performance and recommend optimizations.

• Communicate plans, progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.

• Analyze complex technical challenges and support resolution efforts.





• Evaluate technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Make informed decisions balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, and cost.

Required Skills:

Mandatory:

• 6-9 years of relevant experience (Level C).

• Strong experience in Technical Product Management or Platform Product Management.

• AWS services: EC2, EKS, VPC.

• RabbitMQ.

• Kafka.

• Apigee.

• Elasticsearch.

• Redis.

• Experience creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

• Experience analyzing platform KPIs and operational metrics.

• Strong understanding of cloud environments and platform ecosystems.

Preferred:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Microservices architecture.

• Event-driven architecture.

• Serverless technologies.

Language Requirement:

• English: B2 level or higher.

Additional Information:

• No travel required.

• Fully remote service delivery.

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• No shifts, weekend work, public holiday work, or on-call responsibilities.

• Occasional planned interventions may be required.

• Candidates must be based in Spain.

• Candidates located outside Spain will not be considered.
