Coaching a team of up to 10 Product Sales Executives, overseeing performance, training, and development
Managing your team's performance to create a best-in-class sales team
Creating best practices across the entire sales process
Creating a culture of high performance and living Revolut's values

Fluency in English and Spanish
~The ability to motivate and drive performance
~ Experience working within a performance management culture
~ Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
~ A keen interest in commencing a career in a high-performing sales culture
