Your Role

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll help users with everyday questions and non-technical issues across a range of digital products and services.

You'll support customers with things like:

- Play Store questions and troubleshooting
- Google Pay and payment-related enquiries
- Google for Families support
- Questions about Books, Movies and other digital services
- Navigating products and finding the right solutions
- Providing friendly and professional support in Norwegian and English

You won't need to be a technical expert. You'll receive full training and the tools you need to become confident in the role.
