About the Role You'll lead the revenue strategy across a multi-property portfolio — not just executing pricing changes, but owning the analysis, the strategy, and the results. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis (comp sets, demand trends, local events) to inform pricing decisions
Track and analyze key revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pickup, pace)

Build and maintain revenue performance reports for property owners and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with property management and reservations teams to align pricing strategy with on-the-ground operations
Support Channel Manager (Cloudbeds) configuration and troubleshooting as it relates to rate and availability distribution
Continuously test and refine pricing rules based on performance data

4+ years of proven experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or OTA channel management, ideally managing multiple properties or a distributed portfolio simultaneously (hospitality, short-term rentals, or vacation rentals strongly preferred)
~ Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
~ Strong written and spoken English (portfolio communication is in English)
~ Background in vacation rentals, boutique hotels, or property management companies
Familiarity with Google Hotel Ads or other metasearch channels
Remote-friendly role, with on-site flexibility for the right candidate
