We are partnering with a fast-growing international Scale-up headquartered in Barcelona , with operations across three continents , to identify a Head of Finance who will play a critical role in the company's next stage of growth.

This is not a traditional Finance leadership position.

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded finance leader who is comfortable moving between the numbers, the business and the investment community.

The challenge

Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the Board of Directors and shareholders , you will take ownership of the Finance function and help build the financial infrastructure required to support the company's international growth.

Your scope will include:

- Leading Finance across multiple countries and legal entities
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, FP&A; and long-term financial planning
- Building high-quality reporting and dashboards for the Board and investors
- Managing relationships with Private Equity / Venture Capital funds and institutional investors
- Driving cash-flow, working capital and profitability management
- Supporting fundraising, M&A;, due diligence and strategic investment processes
- Professionalising Finance processes, systems and controls as the business scales
- Acting as a true business partner to the CEO and Executive Team




- Building and developing a high-performing Finance team

What are we looking for?

A senior Finance professional with:

- 10+ years of experience , ideally gained in a high-growth, international or PE/VC-backed environment.
- Experience as Head of Finance, Finance Director, Deputy CFO or CFO .
- A proven track record of Board exposure and direct interaction with investors and Private Equity / VC funds .
- Strong capabilities across FP&A;, financial modelling, cash management, reporting, governance and strategic finance .
- Experience with fundraising, M&A;, financial due diligence or value creation initiatives will be highly valued.
- And, above all, someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach .
- Someone who can challenge the business when necessary, understand what drives value and turn financial data into decisions.
