ABOUT THE ROLE

At Netenders, we are looking for a proactive and driven Headhunter Freelancer to help source and approach candidates in the areas of IT & Tech, Digital Marketing, and Sales & Business Development.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding top talent through our recruitment process to present qualified candidates to our teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and approach qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.

- Conduct initial screening interviews.

- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and motivation.

- Present a shortlist of relevant profiles to our teams.

- Follow candidates throughout the recruitment process.

WHAT WE NEED





- Proven experience in recruitment or headhunting.

- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.

- Ability to recruit international candidates.

- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.

- Professional fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER

- 15€/hour

- A success fee equal to 5% of each candidate's annual gross salary.

This freelance collaboration may involve several recruitment assignments throughout the year.
