Inside sales support (H/M/X)

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional who provides internal and external sales support for the EMEIA Sales Division. Consults Product & Sales Management on their needs and offers creative ideas to support business growth. Maintains information for lead tracking & marketing databases.

Responsibilities

- Support Area Sales Managers, distributors, and customers with enquiries, quotations, orders, and communications.

- Coordinate sales events, training, factory visits, meetings, and trade shows.

- Support marketing, business development, and customer engagement initiatives.

- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

- Deliver customer and sales team support both remotely and onsite.

- Manage databases, commercial communications, and sales materials.

- Analyze sales performance and provide reporting to commercial leadership.

- Deliver training on sales tools and processes.

- Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement activities

Basic Qualifications / Key Competencies

- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word)
- Experience of SAP/Oracle or other ERP system




- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills

Skills/Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales/ technical sales and/or service-oriented environment (knowledge of compressed air or related sectors).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including effective telephone communication.

6. Fluency in English (written and spoken - level B2
