Sous Chef – High-End Hotel Restaurant in Amsterdam

For a modern hotel restaurant in Amsterdam, we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef.

You will work in a professional à-la-carte kitchen with fresh products, refined presentation and a strong focus on quality. The restaurant is not formal Michelin fine dining, but experience in fine dining, upscale hotels or high-end restaurants is definitely preferred.

You will support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, team coordination, quality control, mise en place, stock and service.

We are looking for someone with Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef experience who is comfortable in a high-quality kitchen and wants to take the next step in Amsterdam.

Good English is important, and you must be legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.

*salary is between 3000 to 3800 euro per month gross. And there will be a room for the first 3 months in the hotel for around 400 euro per month. After this period you will need to find a room outside of the hotel.
