Задачи: Lead and supervise an accounting team of 2–3 people, ensuring effective task distribution and professional development
Prepare group consolidation adjustments
Analyze and monitor adjustments for GAAP differences between local GAAP and US GAAP
Prepare and deliver the monthly Reporting Package to the Group
Perform Flux Analysis and justify the main variances
Collaborate on external audits
Assist in reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Provide financial reports to senior management and assist in analyzing financial results and KPIs
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of group accounting records
Oversee and review group accounting operations across the group
Guarantee compliance with local and global accounting regulations across the group
Participate in implementing and enhancing accounting tools and ERP systems
Implement process improvements to optimize time and resources
Propose and execute automation and efficiency initiatives within financial processes
Требования: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance




Big 4 experience is required
Advanced knowledge of Spanish GAAP
Solid knowledge of group consolidation processes and intercompany eliminations
Proven experience in external or internal audit cycles and statutory reporting
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong financial analysis skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent in Spanish
Advanced level of English
Nice to have: US GAAP knowledge, experience with ERP systems and reporting tools, experience with AI tools and automation workflows, project management experience
