Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 5-10 years of experience as Functional Architect and/or Business Analyst/ Consultant in a pharmaceutical or Life Sciences environment Hands‑on understanding in product recipe design and parameter definition in any related manufacturing system (e.G. PLM, MES, LIMS, ERP) Proven experience in system integration projects (Delta V, SAP S4 HANA, ELN, MES, ERP, LIMS, PLM, or related) Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into structured functional and non‑functional requirements Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional general environment Understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substances and/or drug products Demonstrated ability to de‑escalate, keep discussions productive, and focus on outcomes Availability between 3-7 PM CET for overlap with EU and US teams Fluent in English (spoken and written) #J-18808-Ljbffr
