Imono B.V. in Groningen is an atmospheric restaurant where quality, hospitality, and a good culinary experience take center stage. With a professional kitchen and an enthusiastic team, we offer our guests a varied selection of dishes. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for two Independent working cook I.

As an Independent working cook I, you work in accordance with applicable quality and hygiene standards and contribute to the efficient organization of the kitchen.

Duties

Ingredients are prepared in-house

- Application of basic cooking techniques
- Provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the à la carte menu, and methods
- Responsible for inventory and order management
- Technically supervising assistant(s).

Job requirements
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

We offer Market-rate salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience and in accordance with the Hospitality CLA, Job Group V periodic salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality CLA travel allowance,
