What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, building strong, long-term relationships

Understand client needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure services meet or exceed expectations

Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating internally with operations, marketing, and product teams

Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and proactively address challenges

Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services, helping clients maximize value

Collaborate closely with international teams to align on objectives, strategies, and results

Who You Are

Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English

Previous experience in account management, client services, or business development

Excellent interpersonal,

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Results-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
