About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer / AI Engineer with 2-5 years of experience who enjoys building products end-to-end and solving complex technical problems at scale.

You will contribute to the development of core platform capabilities, scalable backend systems, distributed infrastructure, and AI-powered products used in demanding real-world environments. Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and platform infrastructure.
- Develop production-grade software from architecture and design through deployment.
- Build and optimize distributed systems processing large-scale workloads.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and observability.




- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact features.

Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices.

Support the deployment and scaling of AI-powered solutions in production environments.

* Identify technical challenges and proactively drive solutions.

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience building and shipping production software.

Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with Python and modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI or similar.

Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or modern frontend technologies.
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, or Machine Learning systems.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and asynchronous workflows.
- Experience building real-time applications.
- Previous experience in high-growth startups or technically demanding environments.
